We're proud to continue the legacy of the Southern California Association for Food Protection (SCAFP) as we expand our reach to cover the entire state.

World Food Safety Day is June 7, 2024.
In recognition of this day to increase awareness about food safety, the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) will provide open access June 1–30, 2024, to all recorded webinars in the IAFP archives for non-members.
